New and Used Bike Sales
We will be partially opening our premises on Monday 01 June. We will be open from 09.30am-4.00pm. Visits will be by appointment only. We would encourage you to continue to process sales over the phone and online. Our staff are currently operating by telephone and e-mail and full details and high resolution images can be sent for all our new and used bikes.
If you would like to visit the showroom after 01 June, please call 0161-432 1303 to arrange an appointment. In order to observe social distancing measures, it will not be possible to arrive and browse at this time.
Showroom Entrance: We will have 2m markings at the entrance, and inside the showroom. Hand sanitiser will be available. We will limit the number of customers entering the premises at the same time to maintain a safe environment for both our customers and our staff.
Due to social distancing measures our coffee/lounge area will be closed.
What we will do to keep the premises safe
We are increasing the frequency of cleaning in our showroom, restrooms, and workshop areas. All surfaces will be regularly sanitised throughout the day and deep cleaned regularly. There will be directional signs, distance markers, and hand sanitiser available throughout the building.
We will continue to operate a nationwide delivery service for new and used bikes. Our experienced drivers provide contactless delivery direct to your door. If you have made an appointment to collect your new or used bike we will arrange a specific time that is convenient for you and will ensure that the appropriate social distancing measures are observed when you are on our premises.
We will be re-opening our workshop starting on Monday 01 June. Initially we will be prioritising clients who are due a Honda 600-mile first service. The situation will be reviewed with a view to adding in further works in due course.
To ensure that both our customers and our staff can observe the mandatory social distancing new procedures will be introduced:
- Bookings must be made by email or telephone. Once confirmed you will be given a 15 minute drop off window.
- We are setting up a separate service drop off and pick up point which will not require you to enter the premises.
- Unfortunately, due to the present restrictions it will not be possible to wait in our showroom while your machine is being serviced.
- We will agree a 15-minute window for pick up.
- Payment can be made over the phone prior to collection or via card on pick up. Where possible we are trying to avoid handling cash.
- Your machine will be sanitised prior to return to you.
Motorcycle parts, accessories, and clothing
These departments will remain closed to the public for the time being. However, all products will be available to order by email or telephone. Please email or call with any enquiries, we will discuss all options and arrange shipping at the earliest convenience direct to your door. If you have an urgent request, please call - we will always do our utmost to help!
We are hoping that these measures will be for a temporary period. We look forward to the day where we can welcome everyone back into the showroom to enjoy a coffee in the lounge area whilst browsing or having service work completed.
