Arrangements from 02 December 2020
Following the Government announcement of the Covid 19 Winter plan, Greater Manchester has now been placed in Tier 3 which is the highest Covid 19 Winter Tier.
We have reviewed our trading practices and have taken the decision to keep our showroom closed for browsing to ensure that all customers and colleagues remain safe during this challenging period. We will review our opening policy on the 17th December. In the meantime we will continue to trade online, over the telephone and by email.

New and Used Bike Sales
Whilst our showroom is closed for browsing, we are still taking orders for both new and used bikes. All our used bikes and new bike offers can be viewed via our website. We are taking calls, responding to emails and can e-mail high resolution pictures of all our stock in a way which makes them easy to view on any device. We can discuss and agree part-exchange figures and arrange finance via the telephone and electronically. Should you prefer to see a specific machine in person our sales team will arrange be happy to arrange an appointment. Due to the current restrictions this would be limited to just on person per appointment. Please note this appointment may take place outside our premises.

We will continue to operate a nationwide delivery service for new and used bikes. Our experienced drivers provide safe contactless delivery direct to your door. If you have made an appointment to collect your new or used bike, we will arrange a specific time that is convenient for you and will ensure that the appropriate social distancing measures are observed. Please note: Any collections arranged from our showroom will be made outside our premises.
During Tier 3 restriction we will be operating with reduced capacity in our workshop. We may contact you to reschedule non-urgent service work. We will prioritise clients who are due a Honda 600-mile first service and those in need of an MOT.
To ensure that both our customers and our staff can observe the mandatory social distancing new procedures will be introduced:
- Bookings must be made by email or telephone. Once confirmed you will be given a 15 minute drop off window.
- We are setting up a separate service drop off and pick up point which will not require you to enter the premises.
- Unfortunately, due to the present restrictions it will not be possible to wait in our showroom while your machine is being serviced.
- We will agree a 15-minute window for pick up.
- Payment can be made over the phone prior to collection or via card on pick up. Where possible we are trying to avoid handling cash.
- Your machine will be sanitised prior to return to you.
Motorcycle parts, accessories, and clothing
These departments will remain closed to the public for the time being. However, all products will be available to order by email or telephone. Please email or call with any enquiries, we will discuss all options and arrange shipping at the earliest convenience direct to your door. If you have an urgent request, please call - we will always do our utmost to help!
